Together Again

For the first time since the start of the pandemic, UCF’s Gather Luncheon returned to campus to promote community building and healthy eating.

Students joined on Memory Mall for the annual聽Gather Luncheon, an event that was last held right before聽UCF moved to remote operations at the start of the聽pandemic in 2020. This year鈥檚 community building event聽provided a more intimate feel with reduced capacity,聽while still providing a healthy three-course meal, which聽included gluten-free and vegan options. For some it was聽a new opportunity to meet other Knights and learn more聽about nourishing food options, while others enjoyed a聽familiar tradition that鈥檚 been missing from the campus聽community for nearly two years.

鈥淚 love the chance to be able to come together, make friends and be around something we all enjoy 鈥 food.鈥
